At both our Willows community’s newly-renovated rehab suite in Oakmont and at our lovely Southmont community in Washington, PSC applies an interdisciplinary model with its rehabilitation services. You’ll find full-time physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapists who’ll work closely with the doctors and nurses to create a rehab care plan that focuses on your personal needs and goals.
