Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

A continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offers living accommodations and services -- including health care --  for a one-time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly fee.  The advantage of a CCRC is that it offers life care -- a program that enables residents and members to select an option that will address their care needs now and in the future. 

Presbyterian SeniorCare has three campus-style CCRCs:  Longwood at Oakmont; The Apartments at Westminster Place;  and Shenango on the Green (New Wilmington).  Additionally, it also estabslished  Longwood at Home, western Pennsylvania's first CCRC "without walls,"  which gives its members the assurance of personal care coordination and long-term care services in the privacy of their own home.
