Where Your Gift Is Needed

The Spirit of Generosity
Photo In keeping with the mission of Presbyterian SeniorCare, donors generously support the Presbyterian SeniorCare Foundation.  Gifts to the Foundation support benevolent care, capital improvements and program enhancements.

At the heart of Presbyterian SeniorCare is its mission to provide benevolent care to assist residents whose funds have been depleted.

Over the last 10 years, the amount of benevolent care has exceeded more than $2 million annually.  Additionally, funds continually are needed to support improvements and renovations to PSC's communities.  By providing funds for programs and services, Presbyterian SeniorCare continues to uphold its reputation for excellence in the field of long-term care.

Care and Compassion
Nearly 30 percent of residents at Westminster Place, Southminster Place and Woodside Place live with dignity because of funds provided through the Benevolent Care Fund.

Capital and Program Enhancements
Gifts enhanced the Presbyterian SeniorCare Aging Services Network with the following:

l Silver Lake Commons and Commons at North Aiken – meal program

l Longwood at Oakmont – the new Hanna HealthCare Center

l Southmont Culture Change – furnishings and covered driveway entry

l Westminster Place – renovations to the dining room

l Woodside Place – staff training for new dementia therapies

l PEEL Program – emergency loans for employees

Planned Gifts and Endowment Gifts
Planned gifts or endowment gifts secure the future by providing income for the long-term benefit of Presbyterian SeniorCare and its affiliates. Donors who make planned or endowment gifts are eligible to become members of the Ruth F. Anderson Society.
