Transitioning Through the Continuum of Compassion

Each year, we are privileged to serve over 6,500 older adults across our Network in a variety of ways. Take Tressa Roupe, who resided at several of our Washington campus communities and benefited from our continuum of care for over 21 years. Not only did Tressa experience smooth transitions from affordable housing to personal care to skilled nursing care, but she also benefited from benevolent care, which is at the very heart of our mission.
