WCCF Supports Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Captial Campaign with $100,000 Grant

The Washington County Community Foundation (WCCF) recently announced that Presbyterian SeniorCare Network received a $100,000 grant to help build capacity through the Woodside Place of Washington Capital Campaign, a campaign to raise funds to construct an assisted living facility specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care and services.
