PlumWood Apartments

Situated on wooded grounds, PlumWood Apartments is a 10-unit supportive housing community for persons 18 years or older with a chronic mental disability.

PlumWood has one and two bedroom apartments. There is also a picnic area and expansive grounds which make the residents feel as if they are living in a park-like setting. Plus, small pets are welcome.

Plumwood is owned by Plum Presbyterian Supportive Housing, Inc., and managed by the award-winning SeniorCare Network.

Residents of PlumWood must be 18 years of age or older with a verifiable, chronic mental disability. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent.
