For our Residents..
Information about residents and/or members of the communities and programs of the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is private information. The resident's right to privacy is of utmost importance and is protected by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policy and federal and state laws and regulations.
Upon the admission process to a health care center, each resident will be provided a Notice of Privacy Practices Notice. The Notice includes all elements and statements that are required by law. The Notice informs the resident of the uses and disclosures of Protected Health Information (PHI) that may be made by the community, the resident’s rights with respect to his/her PHI and the community’ legal duties with respect to such PHI.
