Breaking ground in spring 2024, this new supportive senior apartment building will be friendly for LGBTQ+ seniors and feature 48 beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Located at the western entrance to Oakland’s business district, residents of this community will have easy access to the lively university neighborhood and world-class medical complexes. This will be the first community of its kind in Western Pennsylvania and one of the first in the nation.

All residents must be 62 or older, income restrictions apply–limits are currently $56,250 for 2023.
