The Commons at North Aiken
Enjoy the simplicity of a well-designed home. Owned by North Aiken Senior Housing Limited Partnership, and managed by our award-winning SeniorCare Network, every apartment comes with an equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.
Located at North Aiken Court near Black Street, The Commons at North Aiken is a 76-unit community of one- and two-bedroom apartments, conveniently situated near stops for several major bus lines.
Commons at North Aiken has an on-site primary care health clinic, which allows you to make doctor’s appointments and visit the clinic without having to leave the apartment building. Like a primary care doctor’s office, the clinic accepts most insurance.
Most utilities are included in your rent. An intercom system, emergency pull cords and 24-hour emergency maintenance give you and your family peace of mind. The Commons at North Aiken also offers an on-site service coordinator and small pets are welcome.
