TWO PRESBYTERIAN SENIORCARE NETWORK TEAM MEMBERS RECOGNIZED AT STATE LEVEL FOR EXCELLENT CLINICAL CARE
Distinguished Service Awards Given to Len Hoolahan (Oakmont) and Jamie Snare (New Wilmington)
OAKMONT, Pa. – June 2, 2023 — Two Presbyterian SeniorCare Network team members have received state-level recognition for providing outstanding clinical care to residents.
They received LeadingAge PA Distinguished Service Awards at a statewide annual conference in May. Only seven people across Pennsylvania received this recognition.

According to bios published by LeadingAge PA, Len ensures residents receive essential medical and physical care, and they seek him as a resource to enjoy the highest quality of life. Residents and their families are touched by his genuine compassion and care. As for Jamie, she redoubled her efforts during the pandemic to comfort and support residents by picking up extra shifts to ensure her residents were always receiving the care they deserved. Her compassion and positivity were a shining light through the toughest times.
